Cancellation by Traveler
- Before 45 days of travel: Full refund of the paid amount.
- 30–44 days before travel: 50% refund.
- 20–29 days before travel: 25% refund.
- Less than 20 days before travel: No refund applicable.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation by Company
In case of cancellation due to weather, strikes, lockdowns, or government orders, we offer:
A rescheduled date, or
A refund after deduction of unavoidable service costs (hotel/transport).
No-Show Policy
If the traveler fails to join the trip or misses the departure without notice, no refund will be issued.
Partial Cancellations
If one or more members of a group cancel, refund will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation charges per traveler.
