Yatra Explore (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a registered travel company offering customized tour packages, pilgrimage tours, adventure trips, hotel bookings, and transportation services across India.
Our mission is to deliver reliable, transparent, and memorable travel experiences with end-to-end support and customer satisfaction.
How to Book with Us
Travelers can contact us through three simple methods:
1. Enquiry Form: Fill in your name, contact number, travel dates, and requirements on our website form. Our representative will call you back shortly.
2. WhatsApp: Message us directly via WhatsApp at +91 9045454289 to get quick responses and tour details.
3. Direct Call: You can also call us for instant communication and assistance.
Once we understand your travel preferences, our team will share complete package details, inclusions, and quotations.
If you’re interested, we provide full company verification documents — including GST certificate, PAN card, MSME registration, Proprietorship proof, and official company bank details — for your confidence and trust.
Payment Terms
- A 15% advance payment of the total tour amount is required at the time of booking.
- The next 50% must be paid at the start of the tour, either in cash or via bank transfer.
- The remaining 35% should be cleared during the tour before completion.
- Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the advance payment and acknowledgment from our accounts team.
No booking is considered valid until a written or digital confirmation (email/WhatsApp) is sent by Yatra Explore.

Note: All payments must be made to our official company current account only, shared by our representative after document verification.
Pricing & Inclusions
Tour package prices depend on real-time hotel rates, transportation costs, meal plans, and seasonal fluctuations.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to revisions in fuel prices, government taxes, or third-party service charges.
Inclusions are clearly mentioned in each itinerary. Anything not listed under “Inclusions” is considered an exclusion.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your tour, the following policy applies:
- 45 days or more before travel: 100% refund of the paid amount
- 30–44 days before travel: 50% refund
- 20–29 days before travel: 25% refund
- Less than 20 days before travel: No refund
Note: Refund timelines depend on the mode of payment and third-party partner policies (e.g., hotels or transporters).
If the trip is canceled by Yatra Explore due to weather, lockdowns, or government restrictions, an alternate travel date or partial/full refund will be offered based on circumstances.
Changes or Modifications
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, hotels, or routes due to unforeseen situations such as weather conditions, traffic, or natural calamities.
Efforts will always be made to provide alternate arrangements of similar quality.
Travel Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid government ID proof, permits (if required), and comply with all travel guidelines.
Yatra Explore is not liable for denial of entry, missed departures, or penalties due to incomplete documents or personal negligence.
Health & Safety
Travelers should ensure they are medically fit before the journey. Any illness, accident, or injury during the trip will be the traveler’s responsibility.
We are not liable for health emergencies, loss of baggage, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Yatra Explore functions as a travel coordinator between clients and service providers like hotels, drivers, and transporters.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party vendors, natural disasters, or strikes.
Photography & Media Usage
By participating in our tours, clients allow Yatra Explore to use photos or videos captured during the trip for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.), unless objected to in writing.
Website Usage
All content on www.yatraexplore.com is for general informational purposes only and subject to change. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or misuse is prohibited.
